A number of people describe it from the way it is practiced in the field, at the same time as others characterize it from the point of view it is taught in schools and colleges. Business education refers to those business subjects taught at the secondary school level such as book-keeping, Typewriting, shorthand, general subjects-equal with education for entrance into business word given at any educational level.

Though, there one some other people who think of business education as those courses taught at post-secondary school level such as Accountancy, marketing, Business Administration, secretarial Administration, Finance and Banking. The certainly tells us that business education is an incredibly adaptable area which has dissimilar aims. Recognizing this fact, the term business education is usually used is two obvious senses which for want of terminologies one could refer to as first, a common one-dimensional sense, and secondary, a special bi-dimensional sense.

In the general mono education as Education in-business subjects in this respect, one can infer that business education then implies simply education in subjects like shorthand, typewriting, book-keeping Accountancy, office practice and is armed at happing the students to know how to use the services offered by the business world.

Looking at the earlier definition, that business education refers that to those subjects studied in secondary schools as business subjects. Some people think that business education is just limited to the secondary school level-only. But this is not true, and therefore is an extremely narrow meaning of business education. Though, the definition is directly related to this study-and so would be adopted as the definition of business education in this study.

On the other hand, there is need for us to check other definitions of business education as given by other- authorities. Anao (1987) stated that; Business education could simply mean an educational process or context which has as its primary aim preparation of people for roles enterprises such roles could be as employee, entrepreneur, and an employer or simply as self employed.

It is obvious that business education comprise almost all the knowledge which hold prospect of profitable exploration in the context of a business enterprise such knowledge could simply be administrative or even extent to the realm of the humanities it can then be the include that business education prepares people for four dissimilar roles in enterprises.
